Continuing my European exploration, I made the effort (just kidding of course!!!) going to Paris to visit one of my best friends from Brazil, Nonô and to realize another dream of any Fashion Designer and romantic girl: visiting this charmer and magnificent city!!

I would say that Paris is just like I had imagined in my dreams: The perfect scenario to any romantic couple in honey moon – too bad I was with my girlfriend and we are not lesbians! Ops! – But the good thing is that even with your friends, you can have lots of fun and enjoy the incredible landscape and touristic points of the city.

Paris, the capital and largest city in France, it is situated on the River Seine and is one of the most populated metropolitan areas in Europe. An important settlement for more than two millennia, Paris is today one of the world’s leading business and cultural centers, and its influences in politics, education, entertainment, media, fashion, science and the arts all contribute to its status as one of the world’s major global cities.

Nonô (Noêmia de Almeida), my friend that pleasant hosted me for five days at the City of Light, was one of my classmates at Fashion’s Bachelor that I did in Brazil and is still one of my best friends. She just finished her Master in Fashion at ESMOD (l'Ecole Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode) and is currently working for a French brand in Paris.

Continuando minha excursão européia, fiz o esforço (brincadeir

a, é claro!!!) de ir a Paris para visitar uma de minhas melhores amigas do Brasil, Nonô, e de realizar o sonho de qualquer Designer de Moda e garota romântica: de visitar essa charmosa e magnífica cidade!

Eu diria que Paris é exatamente como eu imaginava em meus sonhos: O cenário perfeito para qualquer casal em Lua de Mel – uma pena que eu estava com uma amiga e que não somos lésbicas! Ops! – mas a parte boa é que mesmo com seus amigos, você pode se divertir a beça e aproveitar as incríveis paisagens e pontos-turísticos da Cidade Luz!

Paris, a maior cidade e capital da França, é situada sobre o Rio Sena e uma das mais populosas metrópoles na Europa. Sendo um importante estabelecimento por mais de dois milênios, Paris é hoje uma das principais condutoras de negócios e cultura no mundo, além de ser grande influência na politica, educação, entretenimento, mídia, moda,ciências e artes, o que contribui para seus status de uma das maiores cidades globais.

Paris e moda andam juntas e ninguém duvida disso! É só pensar nessas duas palavras para começar a lembrar dos mais importantes nomes na cena da moda, tais como Chanel, Louis Voitton, Jean Paul Gaultier…

De longe, qualquer um sabe que Paris sempre foi a capital mudial da moda. Talvez essa cultura seja ditada pela presença de moda em cada rua ou esquina de sua cidade ou pela centena de pessoas bonitas e estilosas que andam por elas. Ou talvez seja pelos desfiles e ensaios fotográficos que acontecem todos os dias. E por chance, não é apenas porque os negócios de moda giram em Paris, mas também porque os parisienses são estilosos. Eles não precisam tentar ser estilosos, eles por natureza já são!

Nonô (Noêmia de Almeida), minha amiga que agradavelmente me hospedou por cinco dias na Cidade Luz, foi uma de minhas colegas de classe no Bacharel em Design de Moda no Brasil e continua sendo uma de minhas melhores amigas. Há apenas alguns meses ela terminou o Mestrado em Moda pela ESMOD (l'Ecole Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode) e atualmente trabalha para uma empresa de moda Paris.

The experience of traveling around the world and meeting people from the same background and culture of you is so amazing that I could keep searching for friends who are living in other countries just to visit them and exchange point of views, knowledge and all the fantastic stuff of living another culture and discovering yourself far away from your roots.

This was London’s and Gabi’s turn:

London because… do I really have to tell the reason of visiting London since I'm Fashion Designer which loves the “street’s underground wear”?! London is gorgeous for who just like watching people walking by and also who likes to dress up in your own way, like crazy way, because people just don’t care about it. It’s is your style and that’s it!

London, the capital of United Kingdom, is considered one of the most significant cultural capitals of the world and the Fashion couldn't be out of this historical scene. Hosting the biggest colleges of art in the world, London also shelters the Central St. Martin, the most acclaimed Fashion School, known for disclosing and divulging new fashion talents.

Gabi (Gabriela Antunes) was one of my classmates at the Fashion’s Bachelor that I did in Brazil. She just finishes her Master in Fashion and currently is working as Fashion Photographer. She was so sweetie showing me around and taking me to really nice places.

A experiência de viajar pelo mundo encontrando pessoas da mesma origem e cultura que a sua é tão enriquecedora, que eu poderia continuar procurando por amigos que vivem em outros países apenas para ir visitá-los e trocar opiniões, experiências e tudo de fantástico que existe no ato de vivenciar outra cultura e descobrir você mesmo longe de suas origens.

Londres porquê… eu realmente preciso dizer a razão de ir a Londres, levando em conta que sou uma Designer de Moda que ama o estilo alternativo das ruas?! Londres é maravilhosa até para quem curte apenas observar o estilo próprio das pessoas que andam pelas ruas; para quem tem um estilo próprio ou “louco”de se vestir, porque os londrinos, ao contrário de outros povos, não se importam com isso! Você tem seu estilo e pronto.

Londres, a capital do Reino Unido, é considerada uma das mais significantes capitais culturais do mundo e a Moda não poderia estar for a dessa cena histórica. Abrigando as maiores universidades de arte do mundo, Londres também é sede da Central St. Martin, a mais aclamada Faculdade de Moda, conhecida por revelar e divulgar novos talenlentos da moda.

Gabi (Gabriela Antunes) foi uma de minhas colegas de classe na Faculdade de Moda, no Brasil. Ela acabou de terminar o Mestrado de Moda em Londres e atualmente trabalha como fotógrafa. Geneva is the second-most-populous city and is the most populous city that speaks French in Switzerland. Situated where the Rhône River exists Lake Geneva, it is the capital of the Republic and Canton of Geneva.
