Vestidos expostos na feira feitos do reaproveitamento de tecidos
Depois de longos cinco meses, eu finalmente estou postando as fotos da última feira de moda Ethical Fashion Show realizada em Paris, e aproveitando para divulgar a próxima edição, que acontecerá entre os dias 6 e 9 de Setembro, no Carroussel du Louvre (olha que chique!!).
Na última edição, que aconteceu em Março, chegando ao hall de entrada tive uma surpresa maravilhosa, fruto dessa vida de viajante: O responsável pela assessoria de imprensa era ninguém mais, ninguém menos que Michael Rakotondrazanany!!!
Eu conheci o Mika, em meados de 2010 na praia de Ipanema, quando ele tinha acabado de se mudar para o Rio e eu estava embarcando em alguns dias para a França. Naquela tarde agradável, conversamos horas principalmente sobre moda, pois além de tantas outras afinidades ambos éramos Designers de Moda e, estávamos buscando em outros continentes oportunidades para expandirmos nossos horizontes.
Com a rotina agitada e vidas em países diferentes, acabamos perdendo o contato, mas esse mundo pequeno nos reuniu novamente, dessa vez na França e lá pudemos colocar as novidades em dia: em Francês e em Português!! Agora o Mika está de volta à Paris e eu ao Rio, mas quem sabe daqui a dois anos (espero que menos!!) as coisas não mudem novamente e nos reencontremos em algum outro lugar!
Eu e Mika
Na feira pude conhecer de perto marcas de roupas, acessórios e uma infinidade de outros produtos feitos em materiais sustentáveis e eticamente corretos, desde seu projeto até o produto final. Duas delas foram as seguintes:
Nodova (www.nodova.com) - Marca de acessórios éticos e naturais, nascida da viagem de Elodie (responsável na França) ao Equador, onde decidiu criar uma cooperativa com mulheres indígenas locais, as quais produzem os produtos da marca em sementes naturais.
ROSA TAPIOCA (www.rosatapioca.com) - O nome abrasileirado da marca não nega as raízes desta francesa, filha de brasileira, que produz lindas peças femininas, elegantes e poéticas, de forma eco-orientada. Seleção e reciclagem de materiais e redução do impacto ambiental com coleções em série limitada, tornam a marca especial e o meio-ambiente agradece!

After long five months, I am finally posting the pictures of the latest edition in Paris, of the fashion fair Ethical Fashion Show, and taking the opportunity to publicize the next edition, which will be held between 6 and 9 of September, at Carroussel du Louvre (So fancy!).
In the last edition in March, while reaching the lobby I had a wonderful surprise, fruit of my traveller's life: The person responsible for press relations was nobody else than Michael Rakotondrazanany!
I met Mika in the middle of 2010 at Ipanema's beach, when he had just moved to Rio and I was embarking in a few days to France. On that pleasant afternoon, we talked for hours mostly about fashion, because in addition to many other affinities we were both Fashion Designers and we were looking for overseas opportunities to expand our horizons.
With the hectic routine and lives in different countries, we ended up losing contact, but this small world made we meet again, this time in France, and there we made an update of everything: in French and in Portuguese! Now Mika is back in Paris and me in Rio, but maybe in two years (hopefully less!) things will change and we will meet again somewhere else!
In the fair, I got to know better brands of clothes, accessories and an infinity of other products made of/in sustainable materials and ethically correct, from its inception until the final product. Two of them were the following:

Nodova (www.nodova.com) - Manufacturer of ethical and natural accessories, the idea was born of Elodie's trip (its responsibility) to Ecuador, where she has decided to create a cooperative with local indigenous women, which produce the products for the brand in natural seeds.
ROSA TAPIOCA: Aurélia Wolff, Designer da marca
ROSA TAPIOCA (www.rosatapioca.com) - The brazilian name of the brand do not deny the roots of this French lady, daughter of a Brazilian woman, which produces beautiful feminine, elegant and poetic pieces in an eco-oriented system. Selecting and recycling materials as well reducing the environmental impact with collections in limited series, make this brand special and the environment thanks!
